This is one very powerful beard, nose, and ear hair trimmer. I have used Philips Norelco beard trimmers for many years (the last model being the Philips Norelco BeardTrimmer 7300, vacuum trimmer with adjustable length settings (Model # QT4070/41)) but recently have switched to the Panasonic ER-GB60-K ERGB60 Precision Beard & Hair Trimmer for Face and Hair (100-240v), because it seems to have a more powerful motor that trims my beard more evenly and more quickly. This Multigroom Series 3000 seems even more powerful to me than the Panasonic. In addition to trimming my beard and head evenly with the stubble guard attachment, this unit includes a great ear and nose hair attachment. I have bought many battery-operated such trimmers and have been using the Panasonic ER-GN30-K Nose Ear & Hair Trimmer, Wet/Dry for about 4 years, but the Multigroom attachment is much, much better and faster.I don’t know what Amazon will sell this for, but today’s price for the basic model, Philips Norelco Multigroom Series 3100, 5 attachments, QG3330, is $16.95; so I suspect this might be in the area of $30, which would be a real bargain. It includes a very basic but handy case for storing all the parts compactly.I am so happy with this product, why do I only give it 4 stars? It’s missing a few features that I would like to see in the perfect trimmer: (1) I prefer the ability to adjust the length of a blade by a setting rather than with multiple attachments; both the other Philips Norelco and Panasonic trimmers I mentioned in the first paragraph have that feature (2) Both of the other trimmers have wider blades, which speed up the trimming process (3) I really like the vacuum feature of the Philips Norelco BeardTrimmer 7300 and miss it on my PanasonicThis is a bargain and worth buying if only for the nose and ear hair attachment!

Bought it in June 2017. It was working great. Then, all of a sudden, it completely stopped working. I tried fully charging it, but no response. It will not turn back on. I thought it would last a lot longer than 6 months.
